Darn these tutorials!

Because of large industry-based companies (like Wal-Mart, etc.) the simple art of repairing one's own clothing has been lost! Why bother, you say? We could simply go buy new jeans when this pair gets a hole. Well...the world seems to be in rather a sorry economic state, and I'm sure there is more than one person out there who would like to get a bit of life out of ripped jeans, or good socks that have sprouted a fault or two.

So today..this evening...I am going to show you all how to revive the art of 'Darning' your clothes with embroidery yarn. (note: normal string, thread, or yarn of any kind would work for this as well. take your pick). I actually cut a hole out of some old jeans in order to show you all how to do it, so..enjoy!
